Happy Christmas 2010!

Here at BeautyCow we have had a very busy year, and the biggest change has of course been our new website. We changed our website in September 2010 to give our customers a better, more fluent and more pleasant online shopping experience.

Changes on the new site included:

• Larger, more detailed product images, incorporating more views of the products.
• Gift Vouchers available
• Wish Lists so that you can let people know what you like
• Product Reviews so that you can view peoples opinions on the product before you buy.
• Online Accounts, so that you can view the status of your order from your own computer.
• Google Checkout as an additional Payment option.
• Live Help Chat feature.

Since these new modifications we have had some very good feedback on the site, and welcome everyone to get in touch with their own feedback.

This has been a massive year for Christmas shopping, with the rush starting very late in November, rather than in October as usual. This hasn't helped Royal Mail with their already poor Christmas postage reputation, who also had a mass of snowfall to deal with.

We have also had the largest Christmas ever for GHD straighteners, having smashed previous years by nearly 500%! This we believe is because of the GHD Midnight Gift Set, which is by far their most prestige styler to date and has found its way onto everyone's Christmas List!

Lastly we would like to wish everyone a very happy Christmas, and a successful new year, filled with everything you wish for.
